Vikings's Freddy Celio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Francesco in the 8th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Domingo Argi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Freddy Celio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Silbestre, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Freddy Celio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Orlandus in the 23rd minute of play. Freddy Celio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Panpili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Silbestre in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Celio saved Vikings from getting behind. After 40 played minutes Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Pio. Tomas Lucero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingo Argi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Freddy Celio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Silbestre in the 55th minute of play. Domingo Argi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Vikings's Freddy Celio got control of the ball when Filomeno Orlandus tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Manuel Silbestre came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Tosquitas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Silbestre couldn't finish the play. With 75 minutes on the clock, Armando Cesaro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Vikings's Armando Cesaro got a free kick in the 76th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Braulio Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tosquitas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Barea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filomeno Orlandus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Tosquitas AFC's Arnaldo Evis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Freddy Celio. That made the score 1-1 after 95 minutes of play.
