Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Casares's Leopoldo Maxin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Leopoldo Maxin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casares's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Maxin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodosio Argider breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodosio Argider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Maxin in the 15th minute of the match. Raimundo Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Justo Jaen took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Edgard Pedroso to make any attempt to save it. 20 minutes into the match, Alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Maxin came free, but Teodosio Argider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Emeterio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Edgard Pedroso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Justo Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edgard Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvarado's Raimundo Emeterio got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Jaen in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Leopoldo Maxin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvarado's Teodosio Argider was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Raimundo Emeterio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Alvarado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Emeterio couldn't finish the play. Roque Fortun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Alvarado getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Arturo Acevedo hit a great ball. Teodosio Argider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Maxin in the 36th minute of play. When Casares's Santos Luzaide in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alvarado's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rdth minute of the game Santos Luzaide who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvarado's Teodosio Argider was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Justo Jaen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgard Pedroso. Justo Jaen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justo Jaen to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Fidensio charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Fidensio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Camilo Fidensio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Jaen in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Maxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodosio Argider. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leopoldo Maxin ran back to his position shaking his head. Alvarado's Teodosio Argider proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Alvarado from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Arturo Acevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Isidro Foro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alvarado's Teodosio Argider didn't even have to move. In the 68th minute Leopoldo Maxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Argider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Alvarado's goalkeeper Teodosio Argider had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roque Fortun. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Maxin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Argider was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 87th match minute, Alvarado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Silbestre to maneuver through the defense. Teodosio Argider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Maxin in the 89th minute of play. Mateo Indar's late challenge caught a Casares's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Indar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Alvarado's Mateo Indar got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Alvarado players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
