Antonio Goren charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Goren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ciudadela F.C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. The audience was convinced that Elvio Erruki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Genaro Erdiano was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Hersilia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciudadela F.C. the free kick. Robustiano Precioso kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Remigio Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute of the match Ulises Roldanillo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Cebrian skillfully saved the ball. Ciudadela F.C.'s Genaro Erdiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Ciudadela F.C. from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the match, Hersilia's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Osorio came free, but Baldomero Cebrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adan Osorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Baldomero Cebrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Osorio in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Cebrian saved Hersilia from getting behind. Robustiano Precioso kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Anastasio Saturnin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Genaro Erdiano, 1-2. Adan Osorio struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Baldomero Cebrian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciudadela F.C..
