Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ruperto Bernard got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Jimeno Iztal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Niguil and the Sorete FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valentin Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Normando having to interfere. In the 11th minute Ruperto Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Normando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Licerio in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Valentin Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nereo Crescencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Bernard, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Nereo Crescencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Bernard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Valentin Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Normando didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 37th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. 44 minutes into the match, Niguil's Valentin Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that German Normando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fausto Licerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. German Normando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Santos to make the kick off. After 57 minutes, Natalio Tximitx mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Niguil and the Sorete FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ruperto Bernard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorete FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruperto Bernard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Crescencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Bernard in the 61st minute of play forced Niguil's goalkeeper Nereo Crescencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saverio Primo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Crescencio having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Sorete FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Dominguez. Haroldo Tab was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomero Dominguez during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sorete FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Baldomero Dominguez hit a great ball. Niguil's Valentin Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 played minutes Sorete FC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Quinto. Haroldo Tab, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Arnaldo Luix charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnaldo Luix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. German Normando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Santos in the 79th minute of play. If Fausto Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sorete FC booed when Niguil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Javiero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Quinto kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. German Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Licerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute, Valentin Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. German Normando was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sorete FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Niguil.
