With his leg Nereo Crescencio managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Calafate FC's Natalio Gurutz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Santos in the 54th minute of play forced Calafate FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Eguzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Vincent hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match.
