Adan Charro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The supporters of Rosario De Central booed when Olaen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Osoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nunez Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Hugo Mosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Charro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sergio Osoro fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olaen's protests and gave Sergio Osoro a yellow card for diving instead. Sergio Osoro hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Rosario De Central's Santos Bela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario De Central from getting a goal against them. Adan Charro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Fortun in the 21st minute of the match. Santos Bela made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ambrosio Tebaldo sent off a good shot on target. Ambrosio Tebaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Santos Bela made a huge save. The supporters of Olaen booed when Rosario De Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Videl didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Rosario De Central's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Hegoi came free, but Santos Bela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Santos Bela managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Olaen's Ambrosio Tebaldo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd minute, Ambrosio Tebaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Bela was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Olaen getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Simon Cilio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Mosen in the 37th minute of play forced Olaen's goalkeeper Adan Charro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Sergio Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Mosen might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adan Charro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Mosen ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the game, Rosario De Central's Nunez Fortun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adan Charro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Valentin Rito hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timoteo Hegoi was the one to do the kick off. Santos Bela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ambrosio Tebaldo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When Olaen's Timoteo Hegoi in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hugo Mosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Adan Charro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaldo Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Santos Bela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Tebaldo in the 79th minute of play. Santos Bela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Hegoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute of the match, Nunez Fortun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adan Charro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rosario De Central were furious when Andres Dalmai was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Olaen. Ignacio Kinsen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Santos Bela. 4-1. Rosario De Central's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
