After the first half Luminaires were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes ELMASGRANDE got a freekick which was hit by Angel Guib. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Alfonso Lastur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alfonso Lastur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celso Etor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Luminaires's Jonatan Raymon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfonso Lastur. That made the score 1-4 after 62 minutes of play. Mauricio Chumo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Pes in the 68th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, Luminaires's Celso Etor made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfonso Lastur was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, ELMASGRANDE's Alfonso Lastur got control of the ball when Celso Etor tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Godfredo Maureo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ELMASGRANDE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Maureo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfonso Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilario Gutierrez in the 87th minute. Alfonso Lastur was a little too slow when Hilario Gutierrez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-7. The Luminaires players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
