In the 33rd match minute, Club Atletico Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Ted to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Leobardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateo Duardo to make the kick off. Melchor Mikelar scored 1-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilbert Traczewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Leonardo Jenaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agustin Gaitan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 64thth minute of the game Mateo Duardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Palermo's Gilbert Traczewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. la scaloneta fc's Alejandro Rencio got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilbert Traczewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Duardo went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute Mateo Duardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Traczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Rencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Palermo's zone, Alejandro Rencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Traczewski came out of the goal and Alejandro Rencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 81 minutes, Esteban Leobardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the la scaloneta fc and the Club Atletico Palermo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, la scaloneta fc's Esteban Leobardo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Gilbert Traczewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Rencio in the 85th minute. Gilbert Traczewski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alejandro Rencio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 85 minute of play. Club Atletico Palermo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Alejandro Rencio scored to the left of an out of position Gilbert Traczewski, making the score, 3-5. If Esteban Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. la scaloneta fc played a much better game than Club Atletico Palermo and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Palermo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
