Leonides Suero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Esteve Omero. Jagüé AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Higinio Bizen fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jagüé AFC's protests and gave Higinio Bizen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Deseado booed when Jagüé AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Federico Erlantz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jagüé AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Erlantz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deseado's Ermegildo Theobald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Erlantz in the 19th minute of play. If Federico Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 30 in the game by Federico Erlantz from a close distance when the talented Ermegildo Theobald managed to make a qualified save. Deseado's players were relieved. In the 31st match minute, Deseado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Eusko to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Guaberto Aires left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jagüé AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ermegildo Theobald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Erlantz's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute, Jagüé AFC's Federico Erlantz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermegildo Theobald. Ermegildo Theobald yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 42 minutes into the game, Geronimo Bixintxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deseado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jagüé AFC the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Geronimo Bixintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Federico Erlantz put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ermegildo Theobald. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Eliseo Ponciano made the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Theobald didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jagüé AFC's Federico Erlantz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 59th minute, Federico Erlantz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Theobald was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After a defensive mix-up in Deseado's zone, Federico Erlantz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Theobald came out of the goal and Federico Erlantz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Federico Erlantz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Theobald was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Higinio Bizen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 97 played minutes, Jagüé AFC's Artemio Ler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermegildo Theobald came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jagüé AFC reached it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jagüé AFC fully deserved thier win.
