Alberto Fernendo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Efren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Fernendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Efren in the 14th minute of play. Esteve Rutenio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Aritza having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Emita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Pabla. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Bernal in the 24th minute of play forced SAN JOSE DE FLORES LMDS's goalkeeper Alberto Fernendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Dolfos's late challenge caught a SAN JOSE DE FLORES LMDS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Aritza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Emita AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
