Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leon Sol took the kick off in the first half of the match. Santos Baumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Beturian in the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Eliseo Tabb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zef Zide's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Tabb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimeno Beturian in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santos Baumer saved Mariño from getting behind. Leon Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Caetano having to interfere. Melquiades Chuse's late challenge caught a Zef Zide's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melquiades Chuse helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mariño getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Melquiades Chuse hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Zef Zide's goalkeeper Domingos Caetano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Basajaun. Santos Baumer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Tabb's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Santos Baumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Tabb in the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Zef Zide's Domingos Caetano got control of the ball when Leon Basajaun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseo Tabb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Santos Baumer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Mariño booed when Zef Zide was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Quinten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Raul Chepe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Caetano skillfully saved the ball. Santos Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Beturian, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Leon Basajaun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariño fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jimeno Beturian to make the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Jimeno Beturian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mariño's Santos Baumer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingos Caetano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Sol in the 59th minute of the match. Modesto Quinten tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Domingos Caetano. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 61st minute. In the 67th minute Jimeno Beturian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Baumer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Tabb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Claudio Marino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariño's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jimeno Beturian 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Leon Sol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Domingos Caetano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Tabb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Baumer having to interfere. If Leon Sol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariño were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Zef Zide for a fine match.
