First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Efrain Jerano in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Beturian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jaime Beturian didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when DEZAR FC's Efrain Jerano shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Cornelio Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Beturian having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nacional Football Club's zone, Efrain Jerano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Beturian came out of the goal and Efrain Jerano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Nacional Football Club booed when DEZAR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Abecia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Abecia might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Beturian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cornelio Abecia ran back to his position shaking his head. If Cornelio Abecia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Abecia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Beturian having to make a save. A collision led to DEZAR FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Mauro Toli hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Efrain Jerano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Baldomero Primeiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jaime Beturian quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Israel Pere came free in the 58th minute and tried to tip the ball over Joaquin Txordon, but to the joy of DEZAR FC's supporters the ball went over. If Mauro Toli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Godfredo Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Cornelio Abecia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Efrain Jerano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jaime Beturian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Marin in the 71st minute of play forced Nacional Football Club's goalkeeper Jaime Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Efrain Jerano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Beturian was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. With a little luck, DEZAR FC's Joaquin Txordon got control of the ball when Israel Pere tried to sneak it across the goal line. The DEZAR FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
