Roman Flor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hernan Balesio having to make a save. 15 minutes into the game, Flavio Gartzen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Celina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quiroga AFC the free kick. A collision led to Club Deportivo Celina getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Flavio Gartzen hit a great ball. In the 18th match minute, Club Deportivo Celina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Viator to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Balendin hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Roman Flor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Emeterio made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Eleuterio Santana sent off a good shot on target. Club Deportivo Celina's Sebastian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Steven in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Nicasio Steven tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Emeterio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sebastian Emeterio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicasio Steven's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Manuel Viator recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Manuel Viator made the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Flavio Gartzen in the 54th minute really tested Hernan Balesio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 55th minute Nicasio Steven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Emeterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quiroga AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iker Ugaitz in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the game, one of Club Deportivo Celina:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sebastian Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Steven in the 69th minute of play. Sebastian Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Celina's Flavio Gartzen got a free kick in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Quiroga AFC's Hernan Balesio got control of the ball when Roman Flor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roman Flor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Celina's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Garikoitz came free, but Sebastian Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustin Mosen charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agustin Mosen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Agustin Mosen kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Sebastian Emeterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Steven in the 100th minute of the match. Club Deportivo Celina's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
