Angel Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Dei in the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Benicio Etxatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Montel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Benicio Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Ofelio during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tinogasta FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Celedonio Ofelio hit a great ball. Moises Eutropio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Guilabertus in the 30th minute of the match. Matias Selmo's late challenge caught a Tinogasta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Selmo helped the player get up and apologised. Matias Selmo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. If Benicio Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Faro hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Gomesano in the 43rd minute of play forced Tinogasta FC's goalkeeper Moises Eutropio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Matias Selmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hector Dei made a kick off. Angel Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Dei in the 52nd minute of play. Hector Dei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tinogasta FC booed when Christophersen AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Selmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Benicio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Dionisio Pere made a precise shot to the right of Angel Montel. Christophersen AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Rodrigo Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Eutropio having to interfere. When Matias Selmo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. Matias Selmo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Tinogasta FC's Gualterio Telo got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75thth minute of the game Hector Dei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Christophersen AFC's Angel Montel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ezequiel Guilabertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Christophersen AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Guilabertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Eutropio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rodrigo Abeijon came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Christophersen AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Abeijon couldn't finish the play. When Dionisio Pere fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tinogasta FC's protests and gave Dionisio Pere a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute Benicio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tinogasta FC's Dionisio Pere got a free kick in the 86th minute. Ezequiel Guilabertus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moises Eutropio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Benicio Etxatxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Hector Dei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
