Spectators: 6679 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 15) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eloy Sotil started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Chancay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Lain to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Flavio Montrel made a precise shot to the right of Anibal Henric. Sinsacote AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Ildefonso Tauro hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Sotil in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Lizbeth saved Chancay from getting behind. Flavio Montrel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anibal Henric didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodosio Che in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Henric saved Sinsacote AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Chancay booed when Sinsacote AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Selatse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloy Sotil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ariel Lizbeth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, one of Chancay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chancay. Feliberto Guib hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Teodosio Che managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chancay's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Che was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Henric breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodosio Che fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Henric having to interfere. Anibal Henric made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Montrel in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodosio Che to strike the kick off in the second half. Teodosio Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Simon Incendio fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sinsacote AFC's protests and gave Simon Incendio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sinsacote AFC's Simon Incendio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 80th minute, Eulalio Fidencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Eloy Sotil came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Sinsacote AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Sotil couldn't finish the play. After having played for 95 minutes, Eloy Sotil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinsacote AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Sotil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chancay fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sinsacote AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
