Haroldo Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Quin in the 18th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Enrique Quin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ragamuffin Jrs's Haroldo Arnalt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Haroldo Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Brion in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Mikeldi in the 26th minute of play forced Ragamuffin Jrs's goalkeeper Haroldo Arnalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, PerrosProdigios's Enrique Quin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haroldo Arnalt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esteban Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Arnalt having to interfere. In the 45th minute of the game, Enzo Cisco landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 45 minutes, Victor Dodorol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PerrosProdigios and the Ragamuffin Jrs players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PerrosProdigios getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Victor Dodorol hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in PerrosProdigios's zone, Marcos Rocendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Quinteros came out of the goal and Marcos Rocendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Marcos Rocendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cosme Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Rocendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 62nd match minute, Ragamuffin Jrs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Danel to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Aurelio Guillem sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ragamuffin Jrs's Haroldo Arnalt didn't even have to move. In the 64th minute Esteban Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Arnalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Esteban Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Marcos Rocendo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of PerrosProdigios's Cosme Quinteros. Cosme Quinteros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Quin struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Haroldo Arnalt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PerrosProdigios. After 84 played minutes Ragamuffin Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Ederono. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Quin got free with Haroldo Arnalt in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gogo Ederono got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gogo Ederono kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Enrique Quin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ragamuffin Jrs fans cheered their team off the field, for while PerrosProdigios had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
