An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Adan Eguerdi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Norberto Maju came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Ragamuffin Jrs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Maju couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Adan Eguerdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Arnalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Uriel Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Maju in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Constancio saved Sakrificio F. C. from getting behind. In the 47th minute Norberto Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Constancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Norberto Maju made the kick off in the second half. Haroldo Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Eguerdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ragamuffin Jrs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sakrificio F. C. the free kick. C.'s Adan Eguerdi got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adan Eguerdi's late challenge caught a Ragamuffin Jrs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Eguerdi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Adan Eguerdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Hever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Sakrificio F. C. defense, Marcos Rocendo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Constancio. The Sakrificio F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Constancio should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Maju in the 87th minute of play forced Sakrificio F. C.'s goalkeeper Alejandro Constancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes of play, Ragamuffin Jrs's Marcos Rocendo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Constancio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Ragamuffin Jrs players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
