Narciso Oidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Muc got free with Narciso Oidor in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 18 minutes, Dalmacio Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oliden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Quiroga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Báez's Narciso Oidor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Báez from getting a goal against them. Narciso Oidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Liher in the 26th minute of play. Eusebio Paio made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Báez's Silvano Berenguer. In the 34th match minute, Báez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Berenguer to maneuver through the defense. Oliden's Dalmacio Quiroga couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Báez. Javier Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Narciso Oidor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmacio Quiroga in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, Báez's Vladimiro Teodor got a free kick in the 39th minute. Báez's Narciso Oidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Liher in the 40th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Muc got free with Narciso Oidor in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Liher in the 46th minute of play forced Báez's goalkeeper Narciso Oidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Guaberto Cilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oliden's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Cilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Oidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anier Lugo made the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Quiroga kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Gualterio Liher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oliden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Narciso Oidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Javier Ramos came free in the 75th minute and tried to tip the ball over Amador Galtero, but to the joy of Oliden's supporters the ball went over. Narciso Oidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Quiroga in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Báez's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Liher came free, but Narciso Oidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Leo Muc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Narciso Oidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Báez defense, Gualterio Liher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Oidor. The Báez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Oidor should have stopped the shot. Leo Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Oidor having to interfere.
