Segundo Salvadore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haroldo Arnalt having to make a save. Haroldo Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Salvadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omar Bastiaro during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Omar Bastiaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Norberto Maju got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximino Fernandes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 27th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Haroldo Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Salvadore in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Ruperto Demario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Concha Madre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Demario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Norberto Maju cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Maximino Fernandes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Segundo Salvadore managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Concha Madre's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Salvadore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Arnalt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Salvadore to make the kick off. Haroldo Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Salvadore in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ragamuffin Jrs's goalkeeper Haroldo Arnalt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 61 minutes, Uriel Santana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ragamuffin Jrs and the De Concha Madre players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ragamuffin Jrs's Haroldo Arnalt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Ragamuffin Jrs from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Salvadore in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Arnalt saved Ragamuffin Jrs from getting behind. In the 72nd minute Norberto Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcos Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in De Concha Madre's zone, Marcos Rocendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Fernandes came out of the goal and Marcos Rocendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norberto Maju received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Maximino Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gogo Ederono fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ragamuffin Jrs's protests and gave Gogo Ederono a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Ragamuffin Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Ederono. In the 96th minute, Marcos Rocendo made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Fernandes. De Concha Madre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ragamuffin Jrs fans cheered their team off the field, for while De Concha Madre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
