Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernabe Castulo to make the kick off. The supporters of Dale Bobi booed when Portezuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Faron didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Aquilino Tano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dale Bobi's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Tano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Regis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th match minute, Portezuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. Portezuelo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Portezuelo's Bernabe Rios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Javier Hitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Innocenzio in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Hitz saved Dale Bobi from getting behind. A collision led to Dale Bobi getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Arsenio Atauri hit a great ball. Bernabe Rios succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 68th playminute. Portezuelo's Bernabe Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernabe Rios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Javier Hitz made a huge save. Mauro Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Castulo in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arsenio Atauri during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 played minutes Dale Bobi got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Atauri. Miguel Valerio, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Leopoldo Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mariano Efraim fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dale Bobi's protests and gave Mariano Efraim a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Dale Bobi getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mariano Efraim hit a great ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Leopoldo Innocenzio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dale Bobi's Javier Hitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Valerio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bernabe Castulo took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Regis. Mauro Regis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Portezuelo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
