Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Tigre's Ciriaco Bingen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, River Pasion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Onbera to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Lando made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Amador Rosio sent off a good shot on target. 5 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Bingen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lisandro Lando. Ciriaco Bingen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Amador Rosio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lázaro Lamberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Tavio having to interfere. When Ciriaco Bingen, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 17 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lisandro Lando was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of Tigre booed when River Pasion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Egun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Genaro Erramu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and River Pasion's Lisandro Lando didn't even have to move. The supporters of River Pasion booed when Tigre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Cordarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristobal Tavio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Lamberto's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Amador Rosio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lisandro Lando having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Tigre's zone, Wilfredo Egun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Tavio came out of the goal and Wilfredo Egun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristobal Tavio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Lamberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 44th minute, Tigre's Leon Joey seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Leon Joey the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tigre protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leon Joey had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for River Pasion. Roque Fernado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cristobal Tavio. 1-2.
The wind increased when Lázaro Lamberto made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Amador Rosio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amador Rosio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Lando having to interfere. After 69 played minutes River Pasion got a freekick which was hit by Mario Onbera. After 70 played minutes, Tigre's Genaro Erramu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lisandro Lando came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tigre reached it. Amador Rosio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Lando having to interfere. When Amador Rosio came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Tigre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amador Rosio couldn't finish the play. Cristobal Tavio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Lamberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Armando Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Danilo Luke notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Tigre's Cristobal Tavio. Cristobal Tavio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 95 minutes into the game, Tigre's Amador Rosio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lisandro Lando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The Tigre supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching River Pasion's performance. The match ended with a win for River Pasion.
