Aquiles Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Salvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Prospero Lizer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Paz was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Sergio Checa charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Checa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sergio Checa hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Isidro Niva might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anacleto Cesaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidro Niva ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolando Salvino in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Paz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. C. A. Pueyrredón's Aquiles Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Lizer in the 16th minute of play. Isidro Niva struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Anacleto Cesaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Pueyrredón. Anacleto Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Semeno in the 19th minute of play. Marcial Semeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Anacleto Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Cesaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Semeno in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Luca's goalkeeper Anacleto Cesaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcial Semeno. Rolando Salvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anacleto Cesaro was a little too slow when Isidro Niva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-0.

Isidro Niva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anacleto Cesaro having to make a save. Isidro Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anacleto Cesaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Semeno in the 58th minute of the match. Isidro Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luca's Anacleto Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Niva in the 63rd minute of play. Anacleto Cesaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Niva's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. If Rolando Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes C. A. Pueyrredón got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Iago. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Semeno in the 81st minute of play forced Luca's goalkeeper Anacleto Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcial Semeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C. A. Pueyrredón fully deserved thier win.
