Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Eulalio Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Jerold in the 57th minute of play. Remigio Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, one of Romanticos del Tiki Tiki:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Romanticos del Tiki Tiki. Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Arsenio Ascencio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 84th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 90 played minutes Romanticos del Tiki Tiki got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Hegoi. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's goalkeeper Eulalio Mano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Sopapa y Cotonete FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
