The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Led U2 booed when Joyango FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Marko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joyango FC's Celedonio Handi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Haritzeder in the 14th minute of play. If Carolo Lop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ermegildo Orlondon hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Silvano Marko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Lander having to interfere. Felix Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Angel Lander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Led U2's goalkeeper Angel Lander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafino Henrico charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafino Henrico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Joyango FC booed when Led U2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angel Lander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Ixaka showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Carolo Lop cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Celedonio Handi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ermegildo Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Haritzeder was the one to do the kick off. Celedonio Handi made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Carolo Lop sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Ermegildo Orlondon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Lander was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Silvano Marko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Lander having to interfere. Ermegildo Orlondon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Lander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Carolo Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Celedonio Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Carolo Lop made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 68thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Celedonio Handi would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Angel Lander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Ixaka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Romero lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Joyango FC! 84 minutes into the match, Joyango FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Haritzeder came free, but Celedonio Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carolo Lop could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Celedonio Handi made a huge save. After 99 minutes of play, Led U2's Gabriel Haritzeder made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Handi was left in no man's land by his defense there!
