In the 5th minute Raimundo Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Handi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 22nd minute, Arnulfo Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Joyango FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Gonchan came free, but Celedonio Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Victor Deunoro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Celedonio Handi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Bajo Nuñez's zone, Felix Ixaka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Franco came out of the goal and Felix Ixaka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicanor Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Marko, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Deunoro in the 36th minute of play forced Joyango FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Deunoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Vedillo in the 43rd minute of play. Celedonio Handi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Vedillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 47 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Celedonio Handi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascual Montae went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Pascual Montae took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Handi. Celedonio Handi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Celedonio Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Vedillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Joyango FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Deunoro came free, but Celedonio Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Ixaka in the 75th minute of play. In the 91st minute Ambrosio Gonchan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joyango FC's Celedonio Handi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Gonchan in the 96th minute of play. Bajo Nuñez's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
