Cachipampa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Perutxo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damaso Efren during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Challacó got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Efren. In the 32nd minute, Sixto Heriberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Challacó's Damian Dolfos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Heriberto in the 38th minute of play. Denis Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Perutxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Timoteo Esiquio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Denis Lopez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jorge Perutxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Lopez having to interfere. After 81 played minutes, Cachipampa FC's Cosme Quintyn shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damian Dolfos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachipampa FC reached it. 83 minutes into the match, Cachipampa FC's Uriel Leheren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Dolfos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Leheren couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Challacó booed when Cachipampa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Seber didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Challacó's Damaso Efren broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cachipampa FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Challacó had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
