Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Catamarca FC's Ludomir Lato started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benjamin Martxel charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Martxel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 5 minutes into the game, one of SALE!!!:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Ludomir Lato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludomir Lato in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvano Sal saved SALE!!! from getting behind. Silvano Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Arnulfo Sotero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Catamarca FC's zone, Rodrigo Niva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Bento came out of the goal and Rodrigo Niva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ludomir Lato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Silvano Sal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Catamarca FC's Jeronimo Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Fortun in the 24th minute of play. Catamarca FC's Jeronimo Bento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Catamarca FC from getting a goal against them. Rodrigo Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jeronimo Bento made a huge save. When SALE!!!'s Benito Fortun in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catamarca FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jeronimo Bento came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by SALE!!!'s Benito Fortun. But to his dismay, Benito Fortun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Fortun to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Niva in the 56th minute of play forced Catamarca FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Fortun in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Bento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Catamarca FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Silvano Vigil hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Ludomir Lato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Catamarca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Fortun came free, but Jeronimo Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Catamarca FC defense, Rodrigo Niva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Bento. The Catamarca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Bento should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Silvano Sal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 87 minutes into the match, Catamarca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Niva came free, but Jeronimo Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomir Lato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Bittor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Ludomir Lato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catamarca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludomir Lato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SALE!!! were victorious despite being under pressure from Catamarca FC for much of the match.
