Cesar Loreto's late challenge caught a Catamarca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Loreto helped the player get up and apologised. Ludomir Lato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Gergori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. When Silvano Vigil fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catamarca FC's protests and gave Silvano Vigil a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Catamarca FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Vigil. 11 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Asteri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Bento. Catamarca FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Asteri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 15th minute, Leonardo Txilar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeronimo Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute of the match, Ludomir Lato tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Gergori saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jeronimo Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Bento having to interfere. Marcos Gergori didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anier Bittor went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Catamarca FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arnulfo Sotero hit a great ball. Jeronimo Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Asteri in the 40th minute of the match. Corea Grande's Marcos Gergori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Lato in the 41st minute of play. Jeronimo Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Txilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomir Lato to make the kick off. Leonardo Txilar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 51st minute. Corea Grande's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 51 minutes of play, Corea Grande's Jeronimo Asteri made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeronimo Bento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeronimo Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Txilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Corea Grande getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Cesar Loreto hit a great ball. Corea Grande's Marcos Gergori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Lato in the 58th minute of play. Jeronimo Asteri succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 60th playminute. In the 65th minute, Catamarca FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeronimo Asteri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 70 minutes into the match, Catamarca FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Asteri. If Jeronimo Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Bento having to interfere. Jeronimo Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Txilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludomir Lato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jeronimo Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. During the 95th minute of the match Cesar Loreto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cesar Loreto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 95 played minutes Corea Grande got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Loreto. Catamarca FC's Ludomir Lato got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
