Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) Saul Dolfo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cristobal Domenec hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Jairo Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diadema's Diego Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Dolfo in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Diadema getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Silvano Naelio hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Rafel during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes, La Máquina de Matar's Antonio Jaen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Diego Xabel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Máquina de Matar reached it. Diadema's Diego Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Seme in the 14th minute of play. Diego Xabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Silban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Xabel came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by La Máquina de Matar's Faustino Silban. But to his dismay, Faustino Silban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Saul Dolfo took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Xabel. Diego Xabel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Diego Xabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Seme in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of La Máquina de Matar booed when Diadema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Cebrian didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severo Sidoro in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Che saved La Máquina de Matar from getting behind. Jairo Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bonifacio Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, La Máquina de Matar's Vicente Gomez got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Diego Xabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Dolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Jairo Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severo Sidoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristobal Domenec's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Che read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Jairo Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bonifacio Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jairo Telesforo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Diadema fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Telesforo couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute Edgard Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Xabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Reyes succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Diego Xabel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Saul Dolfo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. A collision led to Diadema getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Cristobal Domenec hit a great ball. If Abel Seme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Reyes in the 76th minute of play forced Diadema's goalkeeper Diego Xabel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diadema's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Edgard Reyes scored to the left of an out of position Diego Xabel, making the score, 0-6. A collision led to La Máquina de Matar getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Edgard Reyes hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Jairo Telesforo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La Máquina de Matar played a much better game than Diadema and deserved their victory. The Diadema players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
