Rivol All Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Michael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Fabian Michael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Montel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rivol All Stars's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Desiderio Henry scored to the left of an out of position Jose Bertin, making the score, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Narciso Marz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Montel was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Jose Bertin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Bertin having to interfere. Rivol All Stars's Fabian Michael got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Michael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Carmelo Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabian Michael to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Cosme Perfecto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agote FC and the Rivol All Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Narciso Marz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Michael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Bertin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesus Isidor's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute Desiderio Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Bertin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Berriotxoa charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Carmelo Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Michael, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Rivol All Stars players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Agote FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
