Spectators: 6130 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 30) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Freddy Etxeberri started the match with the kick off. Cipriano Torres hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Chivilcoy's Alvaro Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Etxeberri in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Montrel in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixto Dabi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, ALBA's Sixto Dabi got control of the ball when Urbano Montrel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sixto Dabi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urbano Montrel in the 31st minute. Florian Wapf charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Wapf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Florian Wapf kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Florian Wapf was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 37th match minute, ALBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Wapf to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbano Montrel in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sixto Dabi saved ALBA from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Silvio Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixto Dabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Montrel in the 44th minute of play. Urbano Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Dabi having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbano Montrel made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Leo Eliazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urbano Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Dabi having to interfere. Freddy Etxeberri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, ALBA's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Torres came free, but Sixto Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Eliazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sixto Dabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Loi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Freddy Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alvaro Hernando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Urbano Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chivilcoy's goalkeeper Alvaro Hernando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chivilcoy's Urbano Montrel got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Freddy Etxeberri scored 2-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Hernando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of ALBA booed when Chivilcoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Montrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, ALBA's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Argider came free, but Sixto Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chivilcoy getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Cipriano Torres hit a great ball. Cipriano Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Urbano Montrel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivilcoy's supporters rose to their feet, but Urbano Montrel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Dabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chivilcoy had won after a very even match.
