An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Eliazar in the 29th minute of play forced Chascomus FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Gorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cipriano Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Nicolas Gorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Montrel in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicolas Gorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Torres in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Urbano Montrel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Montrel took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Gorri. Nicolas Gorri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 46th minute, Urbano Montrel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Chascomus FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Guillermo Quinten hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Chascomus FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Gorri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haroldo Loi. Nicolas Gorri didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Chivilcoy's Urbano Montrel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Alvaro Hernando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Otsando in the 58th minute of the match. Lucio Otsando's late challenge caught a Chivilcoy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Otsando helped the player get up and apologised. If Urbano Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Urbano Montrel put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Nicolas Gorri. Chivilcoy's Cipriano Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Urbano Montrel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Gorri having to make a save. During the 85th minute of the match Lucio Otsando completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lucio Otsando a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lucio Otsando hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Urbano Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Gorri having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Cipriano Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chivilcoy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Torres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Garci in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Hernando saved Chivilcoy from getting behind. If Rene Weterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chivilcoy's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
