Orlando Orlondon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Abeita in the 22nd minute of play. Medallones de Pollo FC's Orlando Orlondon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Abeita in the 28th minute of play. Simon Abeita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Empaladores FC's Melchor Nayely got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Orlando Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Medallones de Pollo FC's Basilio Oso got a free kick in the 39th minute. Simon Abeita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Simon Abeita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Empaladores FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Abeita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Quiroga was the one to do the kick off. Victorino Lauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Loi having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Medallones de Pollo FC's Victorino Lauro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Loi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enzo Loi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Lauro in the 60th minute of play. If Orlando Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Orlando Orlondon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorino Lauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Ekain hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Enzo Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Enzo Loi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enzo Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Basilio Oso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Loi having to interfere. Amancio Henrico hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Bernardo Perrando's late challenge caught a Medallones de Pollo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Perrando helped the player get up and apologised. Bernardo Perrando kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Victorino Lauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
