The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartolo Laffitte during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Piedra's Bartolo Laffitte got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Mariano Eutor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Senon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bartolo Laffitte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Victorio Azubeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pasman FC's Victorio Azubeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Caton in the 17th minute of play. Silvio Paul's late challenge caught a Pasman FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvio Paul helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to La Piedra getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Silvio Paul hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Nunez Astudillo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of La Piedra's Augusto Senon. Augusto Senon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Nunez Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Dionisio Caton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Piedra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Caton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Carlos Osorio came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the La Piedra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Osorio couldn't finish the play. Nunez Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Senon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Oier in the 46th minute of the match. Nunez Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dionisio Caton to make the kick off. Carlos Osorio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorio Azubeli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Augusto Senon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pasman FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
