With a little luck, Nottingham Miedo FC's Alberto Aimar got control of the ball when Santos Playo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Alberto Aimar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Narciso Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nottingham Miedo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Gabon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Quinteros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
