After a defensive mix-up in BARILOCHE's zone, Emilio Chesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Darien came out of the goal and Emilio Chesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the BARILOCHE defense, Emilio Chesus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Darien. The BARILOCHE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Darien should have stopped the shot. Corbett's Roque Illan got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, BARILOCHE's Ovidio Bonadona got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Illan made a kick off. If Leo Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. Roque Illan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Gelmiro in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Roque Illan made a precise shot to the right of Benito Darien. BARILOCHE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Benito Darien came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Corbett's Roque Illan. But to his dismay, Roque Illan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 92nd minute, Nicolas Loiola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Mateo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. When the match was over Corbett could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BARILOCHE throughout the match.
