The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 9 played minutes CAVS got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Gizon. After recieving a nice pass, Bruce FC's Guillermo Iraido tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Bruce FC's Ernesto Gabrio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Tano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Adan Xabat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adan Xabat didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 21st minute. CAVS's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! If Ernesto Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Hats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristides Tano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Gabrio in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Carlos Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Guillermo Iraido sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristides Tano skillfully saved the ball. If Adan Xabat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bruce FC's zone, Benjamin Nuno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Bermudo came out of the goal and Benjamin Nuno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th match minute, Bruce FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Bermudez to maneuver through the defense. Vladimiro Bermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Xabat in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Bruce FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Nuno came free, but Vladimiro Bermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Iraido kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Benjamin Nuno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adan Xabat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Vladimiro Bermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Bruce FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Gaspard came free, but Vladimiro Bermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Domingos Maurin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bruce FC's Vladimiro Bermudo didn't even have to move. After 85 minutes of play Bruce FC's Cayetano Bermudez was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Cayetano Bermudez hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Vladimiro Bermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, CAVS's Adan Xabat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Bermudo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruce FC's Vladimiro Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Nuno in the 92nd minute of play.
