Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Felix Demesio was a little too slow when Emilio Chesus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Roque Illan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Demesio having to interfere. Felix Demesio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Illan in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Gelmiro got free with Felix Demesio in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Altos de Martinez's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Chesus came free, but Felix Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Canor in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cipriano Mateo saved Corbett from getting behind. Corbett's Emilio Chesus got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Gelmiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Altos de Martinez's Felix Demesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Altos de Martinez from getting a goal against them. Roque Illan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Corbett got a freekick which was hit by Roque Illan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roque Illan got free with Felix Demesio in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leon Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roque Illan to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Altos de Martinez getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Roman Madaleno hit a great ball. Felix Demesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Illan in the 55th minute of play. Felix Demesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Altos de Martinez's zone, Roque Illan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Demesio came out of the goal and Roque Illan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Atilano Kepa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgilio Ler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute, Roque Illan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corbett fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 74 minutes into the match, Emilio Chesus notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Altos de Martinez's Felix Demesio. Felix Demesio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Demesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Illan in the 79th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Isidro Jaume threw the ball into play from the sideline. Corbett's Constantino Pacho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Emilio Chesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Altos de Martinez defense, Roque Illan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Demesio. The Altos de Martinez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Demesio should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Corbett were the better team. Corbett's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
