Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adan Orlan got the match started through his kick off. Fausto Clemencin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Gustavo Mede hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Jaramillo's Patricio Selmo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gaudencio Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Pirro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Jeronimo Pirro made a precise shot to the right of Omar Nesor. Jaramillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, Naranja's Fausto Clemencin got control of the ball when Gaudencio Guzman tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Patricio Selmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Selmo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Fausto Clemencin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaramillo. Fausto Clemencin made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Gaudencio Guzman sent off a good shot on target. The Jaramillo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Naranja were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Selmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Naranja's Fausto Clemencin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Selmo in the 52nd minute of play. When Jeronimo Pirro came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Naranja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Pirro couldn't finish the play. Norberto Luix's late challenge caught a Naranja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norberto Luix helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Jaramillo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Vinicio Loco hit a great ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Gaudencio Guzman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaramillo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Guzman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Naranja's Gustavo Mede got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Gaudencio Guzman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Clemencin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Gustavo Mede charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Mede the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Naranja getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gustavo Mede hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Jaramillo's Norberto Luix got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Jeronimo Pirro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Jaramillo's Lucas George got a free kick in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Naranja's zone, Gaudencio Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Clemencin came out of the goal and Gaudencio Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Godofredo Silvanito fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naranja's protests and gave Godofredo Silvanito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Godofredo Silvanito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Naranja's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Guzman came free, but Fausto Clemencin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adan Orlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Nesor having to interfere. Omar Nesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Orlan in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Orlan in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Nesor saved Jaramillo from getting behind. The Naranja players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
