Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Genaro Fernado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Guerau got free with Nunez Cresenciano in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the game, Haroldo Urdaspal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Benavidez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cochequingam the free kick. Haroldo Urdaspal hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 0-1 became the score in the 12th minute when Genaro Fernado elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 16th minute Alejandro Tulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benavidez's Nunez Cresenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Horado in the 19th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Adrian Guerau in the 23rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Aristides Senen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Benavidez's Nunez Cresenciano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nunez Cresenciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Guerau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Nunez Cresenciano made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Guerau made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Guerau in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Cresenciano saved Benavidez from getting behind. Alvaro Ayala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nunez Cresenciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Horado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Cochequingam's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Fernado came free, but Oscar Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Nunez Cresenciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Fernado in the 72nd minute of the match. Adrian Guerau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benavidez's Alejandro Tulio got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Benavidez booed when Cochequingam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Senen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristides Senen hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Nunez Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Guerau in the 91st minute of the match. Aristides Senen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Cresenciano having to interfere. In the 94th minute Genaro Fernado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Cochequingam's Oscar Neto got control of the ball when Alejandro Tulio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Benavidez were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Cochequingam side.
