The referee showed Omar Lehoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Belgrano De Cordoba booed when enzino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Lehoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Eriberto Sendoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano De Cordoba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Sendoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, enzino's Omar Lehoi got a free kick in the 48th minute. Belgrano De Cordoba's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dionisio Guillem in the 51st minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Chepe in the 75th minute of play forced Belgrano De Cordoba's goalkeeper Venancio Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Nuñez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Israel Videl made a huge save. Israel Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Sendoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 1-1 became the score in the 83rd minute when Eriberto Sendoa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucio Nuñez during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Belgrano De Cordoba getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lucio Nuñez hit a great ball. When the match was over Belgrano De Cordoba could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than enzino throughout the match.
