Enzo Ted dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Atlético Vieste booed when Sportivo Veletas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Macerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Romulo Fonda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Ted showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Vicente Lobo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Enzo Ted was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vicente Lobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Enzo Ted tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enzo Ted came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Vieste's Vicente Lobo. But to his dismay, Vicente Lobo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 30 minutes into the game, Ismael Chano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Vieste's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Veletas the free kick. After 30 played minutes Atlético Vieste got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Chano. A hard shot 31 in the game by Blas Emeterio from a close distance when the talented Victorio Medero managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Vieste's players were relieved. Blas Emeterio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Victorio Medero made a huge save. Victorio Medero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Eutropio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Ted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Lobo in the 42nd minute of the match. Victorio Medero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Eutropio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 48 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vicente Lobo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enzo Ted made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Felo in the 56th minute. Miguel Eutropio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Victorio Medero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Leonardo Macerio fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Veletas's protests and gave Leonardo Macerio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Sportivo Veletas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Macerio to maneuver through the defense. Victorio Medero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Emeterio in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Vicente Lobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enzo Ted was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After having played for 87 minutes, Miguel Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
