The attack was good, but when Miguel Eutropio in the 3rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Miguel Eutropio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Javier Natal's late challenge caught a Sportivo Veletas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Natal helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Javier Natal. Abel Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Eutropio, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Valentin Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Enzo Ted tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Miguel Eutropio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidro Galtero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Ted having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Miguel Eutropio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Abel Otsando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rosario Central's Isidro Galtero got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Eutropio might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Otsando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Eutropio ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Galtero to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Valentin Gagriel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Ted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 55 minutes, Blas Emeterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Veletas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Emeterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Blas Emeterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sportivo Veletas's Miguel Eutropio in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rosario Central's goalie prevented a goal. After 60 minutes of play Rosario Central's Javier Natal was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rosario Central fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Sportivo Veletas. Mariano Confesor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abel Otsando. 4-0. In the 67th minute, Miguel Eutropio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Otsando was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Carlos Madeo charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Madeo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carlos Madeo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Miguel Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Sportivo Veletas booed when Rosario Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Fidensio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Gora to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Isidro Galtero hit a great ball. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Confesor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abel Otsando quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 93 minutes into the game, Leonardo Macerio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Veletas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosario Central the free kick. Marco Fidensio, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Valentin Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Ted having to interfere. In the 101st minute Carlos Madeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Otsando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sportivo Veletas had won after a very even match.
