Marcelino Frances fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Semeno having to interfere. Dalmacio Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Frances in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Harri got free with Cristo Ezkerra in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicolas Jorrin charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Jorrin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicolas Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The audience cheered when Fulgencio Hibai's long shot passed Dalmacio Semeno's right side. It was 0-2, 44 minutes into the match. The Carolina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tejas FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Frances to strike the kick off in the second half. Aaron Illan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Dalmacio Semeno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, Carolina's Marcos Ebardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristo Ezkerra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aaron Illan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Dalmacio Semeno skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Ebardo in the 65th minute of play forced Tejas FC's goalkeeper Cristo Ezkerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelino Frances received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dalmacio Semeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolina's Marcos Ebardo got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simon Bartolome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Carolina fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tejas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
