Lagash's Alfonso Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Txerran in the 20th minute of play. Enrique Goi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Tadzio in the 26th minute. Alfonso Gabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Kaczorowski in the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Robert Kaczorowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rolón AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Kaczorowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Gabino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Abalos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Robert Kaczorowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Lagash's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Txerran came free, but Alfonso Gabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Robert Kaczorowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute Robert Kaczorowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Gabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rolón AFC booed when Lagash was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Lore didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Robert Kaczorowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfonso Gabino was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Robert Kaczorowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Gabino having to interfere. Ionel Chitoran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 96 played minutes Lagash got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Lore. The Lagash fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rolón AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
