Islandia F.C.'s Tiburcio Janpier got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albino Conrao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Paulo Txilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Txilar having to interfere. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Islandia F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txilar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albino Conrao in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Txilar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Epifanio Peyo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Los Bagres's Paulo Txilar threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Celso Acevedo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Aballe during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leandro Aballe hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Tiburcio Janpier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Gelmiro having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Los Bagres got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Cebo. Tiburcio Janpier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Los Bagres were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Islandia F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dante Todor took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Dante Todor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paulo Txilar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Albino Conrao took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Txilar. Paulo Txilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Albino Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Froilan Emeterio kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Tiburcio Janpier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Islandia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Janpier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Gelmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Txilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Conrao in the 72nd minute of the match. If Carolo Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Islandia F.C.'s zone, Albino Conrao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Txilar came out of the goal and Albino Conrao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiburcio Janpier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Gelmiro having to interfere. Albino Conrao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Islandia F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Los Bagres from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
