Los Bagres's Sixto Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Ponce in the 30th minute of play. Marcial Matro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Gelmiro having to interfere. A collision led to Los Bagres getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jeronimo Gonchan hit a great ball. GiuFa FC's Carolo Ponce got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Matro made a kick off. Los Bagres's Carolo Cebo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of GiuFa FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Bagres:s goal. GiuFa FC:s Bernardo Vidal showed great skill when he stopped Paulino Gomesano:s penalty. In the 61st minute, Paulino Gomesano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Raul Neto fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GiuFa FC's protests and gave Raul Neto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to GiuFa FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Raul Neto hit a great ball. GiuFa FC's Bernardo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Gomesano in the 74th minute of play. Angelo Sayvion hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute of the match, Marcial Matro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sixto Gelmiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 97th minute Marcial Matro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Los Bagres supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GiuFa FC's performance. The match ended with a win for GiuFa FC.
