Spectators: 6925 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Placido Jakobe started the match with the kick off. When Placido Jakobe came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Gladiadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Jakobe couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Placido Jakobe. Marcial Lesardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Guillermo Nardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Polentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Placido Jakobe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Nardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Estevez in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Placido Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gladiadores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Jakobe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Estevez to strike the kick off in the second half. Gladiadores's Guillermo Nardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiadores from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Roberto Estevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Nardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Placido Jakobe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Fernandez. Yacuchina AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Jakobe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Estevez in the 63rd minute of play forced Gladiadores's goalkeeper Guillermo Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcial Lesardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Guillermo Nardo made a huge save. Norberto Luix kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Camilo Lain sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Fernandez skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Yacuchina AFC's Roberto Estevez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guillermo Nardo. That made the score 1-1 after 75 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Estevez during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Roberto Estevez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Placido Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Placido Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Fernandez having to interfere.
