Spectators: 6810 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Filomeno Matteo made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Simon Vincent's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Unax was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Erubiel Eguerdi charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Eguerdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bayauca's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 15th minute, Delmar Frutos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Bayauca's Elpidio Asur threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filomeno Matteo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 20th minute Simon Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Unax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Aquilino Unax tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes of play, Bayauca's Julio Abella made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elpidio Asur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elpidio Asur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Abella in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Filomeno Matteo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayauca's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Matteo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Asur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Motobar United Club's Elpidio Asur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Matteo in the 39th minute of play. Simon Vincent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bayauca getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Filomeno Matteo hit a great ball.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Matteo in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Asur saved Motobar United Club from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Matteo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elpidio Asur was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Bayauca's Aquilino Unax proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Bayauca from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute, Bartolo Baumar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Simon Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Abella in the 68th minute of play forced Motobar United Club's goalkeeper Elpidio Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximo Teodor during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximo Teodor hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Simon Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Matteo in the 88th minute of play forced Motobar United Club's goalkeeper Elpidio Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Bayauca could leave the field as winners, despite Motobar United Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
