Spectators: 6799 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 140) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ezequiel Inguma made the kick off which started today's match. Palomitas AFC's Serafin Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Inguma in the 3rd minute of play. Geronimo Pacorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Soter in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Horacio Fanuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Nicasio Sanduru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Arroyo Seco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Sanduru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Olando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Inguma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nicasio Sanduru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Soter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Geronimo Pacorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Adrian Soter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomitas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Soter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Pacorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute Adrian Soter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Soter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Geronimo Pacorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Pacorro came out of the goal and Adrian Soter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Soter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Katia hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Serafin Olando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Sanduru in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Fanuco in the 43rd minute of play forced Real Arroyo Seco's goalkeeper Geronimo Pacorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Adrian Soter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomitas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Soter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Pacorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Fanuco to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Real Arroyo Seco's zone, Adrian Soter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Pacorro came out of the goal and Adrian Soter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ezequiel Inguma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Serafin Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicasio Sanduru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafin Olando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Ezequiel Inguma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Giro kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match Mauricio Fonso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Serafin Olando skillfully saved the ball. Serafin Olando came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Arroyo Seco's Ezequiel Inguma. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Inguma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 79 minutes into the match, Palomitas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Inguma came free, but Serafin Olando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Olando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Inguma, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute, Ezequiel Inguma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicasio Sanduru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Real Arroyo Seco fans cheered their team off the field, for while Palomitas AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
